The content of the journal is created by the authors.
No royalties are paid.
Publications of graduate students without supervisors are accepted free of charge.
All other authors may be charged an organizational fee for reviewing and publishing.
All other expenses are paid by the founders.
All articles in the online version of the journal are available for readers.
2. License rights of use
The publication "Economics and Management: a Scientific and practical journal" adheres to the policy of open access, according to the principles of the Budapest Initiative. By "open access" we mean free access to scientific information via the public Internet, and the right of each user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or make links to full-text articles, search by indexer robots, enter them as data into software or use them for other legitimate purposes in the absence of financial, legal and technical barriers, except for those that regulate access to the Internet itself. The only restriction on reproduction and distribution and the only copyright condition in this area should be the author's right to control the integrity of his work and mandatory references to his name when using the work and quoting it.
Articles published in the journal are submitted to readers under the terms of a free CC BY-ND – Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported license (unless a more permissive CC BY-SA is explicitly specified in the article). Under the terms of the license, the authors remain the owners of the exclusive rights to their articles. The CC BY-ND license permits the distribution, commercial and non-commercial use of articles published in the journal, provided that they are transmitted unchanged and retain their integrity, as well as subject to the indication of authorship and a link to the publication in the publication "Economics and Management: a scientific and practical journal". Illustrations (figures, tables and appendices, including electronic ones) are separate objects of copyright, the distribution of which is also regulated by the CC BY-ND license. This means that illustrations first published in our journal can be reused in an unmodified form in other publications, provided that their authorship is indicated and a link to the publication in the scientific publication "Economics and Management: a scientific and practical journal".
At the request of the author, the article can be published under the terms of a more permissive CC BY-SA – Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license. In addition to the above rights, works published under the terms of the CC BY-SA license may be used as a basis for the creation of other works. All new works based on published materials in the publication "Economics and Management: a Scientific and Practical Journal" under the terms of a CC BY-SA license must be distributed under the same license with mandatory indication of the authorship of the original article and its bibliographic data. We recommend that authors use the CC BY-SA license for articles as a basis for creating other works.
The decision to publish articles is made by the editorial board of the journal based on the results of an independent review. The content of the journal is protected by copyright. Any use of the materials published in the journal must include a link to the publication in the publication "Economics and Management scientific and Practical journal".
3. The cost of publication in the journal
The minimum cost of publishing an article is 4800 rubles (the volume of the article is 0.3 auth. a sheet, or 12 thousand characters, including spaces between words). This is about 7 pages according to our design rules.
The cost of publishing an article in excess of 0.3 auth. the sheet is calculated at the rate of 400 rubles for each 1 thousand characters. For example, 15 thousand characters x 400 rubles = 6000 rubles.
Large drawings (the size of 1 page) are equivalent to 1 page of text, or 2 thousand characters.
The maximum cost of publishing an article is 16,000 rubles (the volume of the article is 1 author. a sheet, or 40 thousand characters).
The scope of the publication does not include author's data, abstract and keywords in Russian and English.
The editorial board sends the author only an electronic version of the publication.
Important! The author pays for the publication (a receipt is sent) only if the article fully complies with the profile of the journal, the rules of the direction, and also receives a positive review after passing the review.
